Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain flour

Preheat your oil to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, finely chopped onion, a couple of pinches of Bush Blend Aussie Salt, and eggs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size and place them on a plate until ready to cook.

Fry in Olive oils turning occasionally for approx. 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
