Bush Blend Rissoles

Bush Blend Rissoles


  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup  plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon Bush Blend Aussie Salt (from Native Oz Bushfoods)
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil


  1. Preheat your oil to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, finely chopped onion,  a couple of pinches of Bush Blend Aussie Salt, and eggs. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size and place them on a plate until ready to cook.

  4. Fry in Olive oils turning occasionally for  approx. 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

  5. Once cooked, serve the meatballs with your preferred accompaniments, such as a side of vegetables, pasta, or salad.
