A: Absolutely!

We can create dishes that are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, lactose free or any other specific dietary requirement. Just let us know your needs when planning the menu, and we’ll ensure all guests can enjoy our bush tucker offerings.

A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Ideally, at least 8-12 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for larger events. However, we do understand that sometimes events are planned on a much shorter notice, so please reach out to see if we can accommodate your request.

A: Throughout the catering menus we have created and provided in the past we have used a large range of our own product.

All of our products own products are created with no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or fillers; they are vegan friendly, gluten free, sustainably sourced and handmade.

We aim to support our local farmers when purchasing fruit and vegetables for the events in question and will always do our absolute best sourcing Australian grown and produced products to curate the goodies for your event.

A: We can however we prefer to prepare within our own council approved kitchen to ensure no cross contamination and ability to access all required utensils and materials.

If we are providing an onsite cook we do prefer to be cover by either a commercial kitchen or council approval but we are flexible to your event so please reach out and we will see if we can come to an agreement

We can simply prepare your menu and drop off OR leave it to us to handle all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying your event!
