Ingredients:
- 1/4 jar (approx. 100g) quandong relish
- 1 tub (250g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp sour cream
Instructions:
1. Mix the Dip:
- In a bowl, combine the quandong relish, cream cheese and sour cream.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
2. Serve:
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
- Pair with your favourite cheese platter items, such as crackers, fresh fruit, cured meats, and cheeses.
Tips:
- For extra flavour, sprinkle the top with a pinch of bush blend dukkah seasoning.
- This dip also works well as a spread for sandwiches or wraps!
